The Owner’s Vision.
“When Jessica and I met with the Voges family and they described the business we knew it was an immediate fit with our concept of a fast, friendly, hometown pharmacy. Independent pharmacy is where my heart is, and the Lookout Mountain community is the perfect fit for me. At Fairyland Pharmacy our goal is to make everyone feel welcome, and to make you a part of our pharmacy family. We want to be a convenience for you, but the service we offer cannot be duplicated and you aren't just another customer like at the big retail pharmacies. We exist to serve you, the Lookout Mountain community, and we would love to be your pharmacy!”
Dustin graduated from South University School of Pharmacy in Savannah, GA. After graduation he moved back to his native Northwest Georgia and began practicing at Wal-Mart Pharmacy in LaFayette, GA. Shortly thereafter he was promoted to the role of district manager in Chattanooga, TN. During his time with the company, he served in various areas from Memphis, TN to Murfreesboro, TN.
Prior to attending Pharmacy School, Dustin earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Respiratory Therapy from Chattanooga State. He practiced for two years at Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, GA and earned various certifications, including becoming a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and then passing boards for the coveted Neonatal Pediatric Specialist designation (RRT-NPS). Previous to that he earned an Associate of Science degree from Dalton State College.
Dustin proudly grew up in Tennga, GA, being the 4th generation to live on the family farm. He is a graduate of Murray County High School in Chatsworth, GA. He is happy to be residing close to home. He and his wife Jessica, have three children, Dane, Mikayla, & Addison.

Fairyland DRUGS
Where it all began.
Established in 1958.
It all began with the desire of Alan & Gail Voges to serve the people of Lookout Mountain. They opened the store in 1986. Alan was known to unlock the doors at night after business hours for even the smallest request. He offered an answering service for those who needed him late at night and was even known to trudge through the snow to unlock the store for those in need. Two of Alan’s children graduated college and worked in the pharmacy with him. Alan continued to work until he retired in November 2023!
Carrying the legacy.
Dusty and his wife Jessica now carry on the duty of caring for the great people of Lookout Mountain. Under their leadership, and with the help of their daughter Mikayla, the pharmacy continues to be family owned and operated. Fairyland Pharmacy continues to offer delivery services to those on the mountain and strives to maintain the same caring spirit that Alan Voges founded the establishment with.
